Call recording consent

How to test an AI receptionist before routing real calls
A vendor’s demo call is the AI on its best day, with the script the vendor designed. Your test calls should be the opposite — the calls the vendor wasn’t expecting, from testers who don’t know what the AI should say. Run all 10 scenarios against each vendor on your shortlist before you sign a contract.
